Very accommodating. Any issues were instantly sorted out so that we didn’t have any stress on the holiday. They provided us with a great service and experience. The driver, Fred, was receptive to our requests, had great knowledge of the Masai Mara and the kids got on so well with him. Marco also readily available if there were any queries. The price was also affordable and very reasonable for the service we received. Would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely great group of people. Every single person we interacted with from Uncover were phenomenally helpful. We travelled as two families with four young kids and they were so helpful and accommodating. They organised an awesome holiday for us in Nairobi, Lake Naivasha and the Masai Mara. All of it was great. Fred was our guide in the Mara and he was phenomenal. Marco was our point of contact throughout and was awesome at dealing with out requests and issues. At one point I had left my AirPods at Lake Naivasha and Marco got it couriered to where I was within the space of the holiday. Really was great and would highly recommend. They were in touch with us before and during the trip and were always just a phone call away.

This is such a wonderful , helpful, organized team!! They made our recent trip almost seamless and answered our questions so quickly via Whatsapp! We could not have planned such a great trip on our own! Their knowledge and expertise were invaluable! We loved our driver, Simon. We felt so safe with him and he got us to Amboseli and Tsavo safely. He helped navigate the highway, police stops (which were just informal roadside quick nothings) , and finding lodges off the beaten path! They booked us truly incredible lodges and camps. We were blown away with the views, wildlife, service, food and lodging. We will definitely use Uncover again in the future!! Our driver in Nairobi National Park was so knowledgeable and found Lioness for us! It was so great having these things booked and waiting for us after long flights to a new awesome country!
